apartment house sennewaldcarinthia, wörthersee - design 2009
The program for this apartment house requested 4 units with equally good quality. The building is situated at the Wörthersee and offers a stunning view of the lake. The shape of the white structure offers the best orientation to the lake for each apartment and creates simultaneously private terraces. The sculptural character of the apartment house is repeated in the design of the folding cabanas in the garden area. The common sauna pavillion with a bar and a boat house create a sense of community in the public area.
