The two buildings are situated next to each other in the valley of Klosterneuburg. The main floors of the buildings follow the line of the slope and are arranged on terraced levels. Some areas are carved into the hill. A large wellness area with an indoor pool is situated underground in between the buildings. The main levels extend from the inside to the outside space, and generate terraces that frame the pool and the guest house area. The cantilevered roofs above the ground levels expand the generous inner space.
